Your Journey

What to Expect

Starting therapy takes courage. Here's what the process looks like so there are no surprises.

Step One

The Phone Consultation

Everything starts with a brief, no-obligation phone call. This is a chance for you to share a little about what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you call. Many people aren't sure exactly what they need, and that's okay. The consultation is about exploring whether this is the right next step for you.

Ongoing Treatment

Therapy unfolds at your pace. There's no rigid timeline or predetermined number of sessions. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and work toward developing new ways of experiencing yourself and the world.

Depending on your needs, I may recommend incorporating neurofeedback or Deep Brain Reorienting alongside psychotherapy. Many people benefit from a combination of approaches tailored to their specific situation.
