Telehealth
Therapy sessions conducted via secure video conferencing. The same quality of care, from wherever you are most comfortable.
Therapy via Video
Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure video conferencing, making therapy accessible when getting to the office isn't easy, or when you simply prefer the comfort and privacy of your own space. Video sessions offer the same depth of connection and clinical care as in-person sessions.
For many people, being in their own environment can actually feel more comfortable, making it easier to open up and talk honestly about what they're experiencing.
Who Is It For?
How It Works
Scheduling works the same as in-person sessions. At your appointment time, you'll join a secure video call from your computer, tablet, or phone. Find a quiet, private space where you can speak freely, and we'll proceed with your session just as we would in the office.
Telehealth is available for both psychotherapy and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) sessions. Some services, like neurofeedback, do require in-person visits due to the equipment involved. We can discuss the best combination of in-person and video sessions for your needs during your consultation.
Is Video Therapy Effective?
Research consistently shows that video-based therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for many conditions, including anxiety and depression. The therapeutic relationship, not the medium, is what drives meaningful change. What matters most is that you feel safe, heard, and supported.
